Terms of Service (User Protocol)

By accessing warhorsecpd.com and utilizing our requisition channels, you agree to be bound by the following protocols. These terms govern the relationship between Warhorse Research Compounds (“Warhorse,” “the Company,” “we”) and the researcher (“User,” “you”).

1.0 RESEARCH INTEGRITY – MANDATORY RESTRICTION

All compounds and reagents offered by Warhorse are intended strictly for laboratory research purposes only.

  • Non-Consumption: Under no circumstances are these products to be used for human consumption, clinical application, or as food/drug additives.

  • Assumption of Risk: The User represents and warrants that they are a qualified professional with the equipment and knowledge to handle research chemicals safely.

  • Compliance: Any inquiry or indication of intent to use these products for human administration will result in an immediate and permanent ban from the Warhorse community and the cancellation of all pending requisitions.

2.0 VETTED ACCESS & CLEARANCE

  • No Public Access: Warhorse is a restricted platform. Access to the Requisition Portal is granted only via secure clearance codes issued through our verified community channels.

  • Right of Refusal: We reserve the right to revoke access or refuse service to any individual or entity at our sole discretion, without prior notice, to maintain the integrity of our supply chain.

3.0 REQUISITION PROTOCOL

  • Non-Binding Requests: Submission of a Requisition Form does not constitute a binding contract. A requisition is only confirmed once it has been vetted, a secure payment request has been issued, and funds have been reconciled.

  • Manual Reconciliation: As we have removed automated e-commerce to prioritize security, all transactions are handled manually. Warhorse is not liable for delays resulting from the manual vetting process.

4.0 ANALYTICAL TRANSPARENCY

  • Third-Party Data: Warhorse serves as a logistical gatekeeper. We do not perform in-house laboratory synthesis or validation.

  • Manufacturer Analytics: All Certificates of Analysis (COAs) and purity data are provided by independent third-party laboratories. This data is provided "as-is" for informational and research purposes. Warhorse makes no independent warranties regarding the accuracy of third-party analytical reports.

5.0 INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The "Warhorse" mark and all technical copy are the exclusive property of Warhorse Research Compounds. Unauthorized use of our branding or proprietary protocols for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited.

6.0 LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Warhorse Research Compounds, its members, and instructors shall not be held liable for any incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the purchase, handling, or misuse of research reagents. The User assumes all liability for the results of their research.

7.0 GOVERNING LAW

This protocol is governed by the laws of the State of Iowa. Any legal action or dispute arising from these terms shall be settled exclusively in the courts of Iowa.
